1. Who you are contracting with

This website and the Nima Kings FC Supporters Club (the "Service") are operated by Amin Nima Kings Ltd ("we", "us", "our"), a company based in Accra, Ghana, trading as Nima Kings FC. By using the Service you are entering into an agreement with Amin Nima Kings Ltd.

2. Acceptance

By creating an account, subscribing to a membership, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. You confirm you are of legal age in your country and, where you act on behalf of an organisation, that you have authority to bind it.

3. The Service

The Supporters Club provides members-only video content, match replays, behind-the-scenes access, community features and other perks described on the membership page. Content, perks and availability may change from time to time.

4. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when signing up and keep it up to date. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for any activity that takes place under your account.

5. Acceptable use

You must not use the Service unlawfully or in a way that harms others. In particular you must not:

• use the Service for fraud, spam or any unlawful activity;
• infringe any intellectual property or other rights;
• upload malware, probe or attempt to interfere with the security of the Service;
• scrape, copy or redistribute members-only content;
• share your account or resell access.

6. Intellectual property

All content on the Service — including videos, images, logos, text, branding and the underlying software — is owned by Amin Nima Kings Ltd or its licensors and is protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access the Service and view content for your personal, non-commercial enjoyment while your membership is active.

7. Payments, subscriptions and taxes

Payments for the Supporters Club membership and for the official shop are processed by Paystack on behalf of Amin Nima Kings Ltd, who remains the seller of record. Paystack handles card processing, billing and receipts. Sponsorship packages are processed separately by Stripe; by placing a sponsorship order you also agree to Stripe's consumer terms. Membership renews monthly at the price shown on the membership page until cancelled; sponsorship packages are one-off payments covering the 26/27 season.

Membership and shop prices are quoted and charged in Ghana cedis (GHS). Any dollar figure shown next to a cedi price is an approximate guide only and is never the amount charged. If you pay with a card issued outside Ghana, your card issuer converts the cedi amount at its own rate and may add its own fees.

Prices and any applicable fees are shown at checkout. Recurring memberships renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your Account page; cancelling stops future payments and your access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for.

See our Refund Policy. Refunds are issued to your original payment method — contact aminnimakingsfc@gmail.com with your order reference.

9. Service availability

We do our best to keep the Service running smoothly but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. The Service is provided "as is" and, to the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You can terminate by cancelling your membership and closing your account.

11. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profits, data or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ghana. The courts of Accra have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rules in your country of residence.
