We stand behind the Nima Kings FC Supporters Club. If you are not satisfied with your membership, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date, no questions asked.

How to request a refund

Membership and shop payments are processed by Paystack on behalf of Amin Nima Kings Ltd; sponsorship payments are processed by Stripe. All refunds are made in Ghana cedis to your original payment method. To request a refund:

1. Find the receipt emailed to you at checkout, or sign in and open your Account page — every membership payment and shop order is listed there with its reference.
2. Email us at aminnimakingsfc@gmail.com with that reference and the email address used at checkout.
3. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method, normally within 5–10 business days.

Refunds are normally returned within 3–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Cancelling your membership

Cancelling your membership stops future renewals. It does not, on its own, refund the current period. To also request a refund for the current period, follow the steps above within 30 days of the charge.
