We stand behind the Nima Kings FC Supporters Club. If you are not satisfied with your membership, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date, no questions asked.

How to request a refund

Membership payments and refunds are handled by our Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:

1. Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or open the receipt Paddle emailed you.
2. Request a refund directly through Paddle, or contact us at hello@nimakingsfc.com with your order number and we will arrange it with Paddle on your behalf.
3. Paddle will process the refund to your original payment method.

Refunds are normally returned within 3–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Cancelling your membership

Cancelling your membership stops future renewals. It does not, on its own, refund the current period. To also request a refund for the current period, follow the steps above within 30 days of the charge.
