Privacy Notice

1. Who we are

This site is operated by Amin Nima Kings Ltd (trading as Nima Kings FC), based in Accra, Ghana. Amin Nima Kings Ltd is the data controller for personal data collected through this website and the Nima Kings FC Supporters Club membership.

2. Personal data we collect

• Account data: name, email address, password (stored hashed), display name.
• Membership and order data: subscription status, plan, purchase history, item preferences.
• Support messages: anything you send us by email or through a contact form.
• Usage and device data: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, referrer, approximate location, and similar telemetry.
• Cookies: essential cookies for login/session and analytics cookies where enabled.

Payment card details are collected and processed by our payment provider (see section 4). We do not receive or store your full card number.

3. Why we use it (purposes and legal basis)

• Create and operate your account, and provide membership benefits — performance of a contract.
• Take payment, prevent fraud and comply with tax and accounting rules — legal obligation and legitimate interests.
• Provide customer support and respond to your requests — performance of a contract.
• Improve the site, understand how it is used and keep it secure — legitimate interests.
• Send occasional updates about the club or your membership — legitimate interests or consent, depending on the message; you can opt out at any time.

4. Who we share data with

• Paddle.com Market Ltd — our Merchant of Record and payments provider. Paddle processes payments, subscriptions, invoicing, tax compliance and refunds for the membership on our behalf. See Paddle's privacy notice.
• Shopify Inc. — our e-commerce platform for the official shop (physical goods only). See Shopify's privacy notice.
• Hosting and infrastructure providers that store and serve the site and database.
• Analytics and support tooling we use to run the service.
• Professional advisers (legal, accounting) where necessary.
• Authorities where required by law.

We do not sell your personal data.

5. How long we keep data

We keep account and membership records for as long as your account is active, plus a reasonable period afterwards to meet legal, tax and accounting obligations. Support messages are kept for up to 3 years. Analytics data is retained in aggregated form. When data is no longer needed it is deleted or anonymised.

6. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you have the right to access your personal data, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, object to certain uses, restrict processing, request a portable copy, and withdraw consent where we rely on it. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@nimakingsfc.com.

7. Security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including encryption in transit (HTTPS), access controls, and use of vetted service providers. No system is perfectly secure; if we become aware of a breach affecting you we will act promptly and, where required, notify you.

8. Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to remember your preferences. Where enabled, we use analytics cookies to understand traffic. You can manage cookies through your browser settings.

9. International transfers

Your data may be processed outside your country by our service providers. Where this happens we rely on appropriate safeguards, including standard contractual clauses.
